Salads:

Kale Salad—Marinated kale, cooked potato, garlic greens, green apple with honey 
mustard dressing.

Enchanted Garden—Seasonal greens, fresh herbs, edible flowers, dried fruits, sunflower seeds plus whatever local seasonal vegetables we have on hand.

Angel Salad—Greens, Brazil nut crumbles, avocado, pineapple, sea vegetables with 
sesame-soy-sauce dressing.

Fragrant Herb Salad—Greens, parsley, cilantro, mint, chopped cashew, sesame seed 
and radish and citrus-macadamia dressing.

The Vegan Monster Salad—Mixed greens, carrots, beets, green onions, avocado, 
radish, sprouts, tamari-roasted pumpkin seeds and nutritional yeast. For hungry
 veggie-eaters! Large only.

Warm Brown Rice Salad—A scoop of rice over greens, sprouts, cooked tempeh or tofu, 
and dressing. Large only.

Entrees:
Add a side of soup 2.50

Sattva Plate—Steamed brown rice & raw greens dressed in olive oil and lemon. Served with juicy fruits, sprouts, and avocado on the side. 7.00 (sattva=Sanskrit for “shining, calm, luminous”)

Live Thai Collard Wraps—Pineapple, cilantro, mint, sesame cashew crumbles and cabbage dressed in a slightly spicy almond sauce wrapped up in collard leaves. 9.00

Live Tacos—Spicy taco crumble, sour cream, shredded cabbage and avocado on large lettuce leaves. 9.00

Sampler Plate—A little bit of this and that, on one plate. Could include our soup of the day, our raw crackers, a taste of ice cream…but no promises! 13.00

Neatloaf—A hearty baked dish made with savory cooked grains and vegan ricotta, topped 
with barbeque sauce, served with whole grain bread, soup or a side salad with choice 
of dressing. 9.50

 we will create something just for you! Price varies according to ingredients.

Sriracha-Tofu Sandwich—Sautéed tofu with garlic aioli, Sriracha hot sauce and lettuce on toasted bread. 8.00

Avocado Sandwich—A whole avocado on our toasted whole grain bread, mustard, mayo, sprouts, and lettuce. 7.00  

Smoky Maple Tempeh Sandwich—Served on our whole grain bread with creamy mustard dressing and a side of house-made caraway ruby kraut. 8.00
